What is micellar casein?

Micellar Casein is a slow release protein shake. It slowly releases amino acids into the bloodstream, contributing to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

It can take up to six hours to be fully digested and used, making micellar casein the ideal protein for times when access to food is limited.

We use whey protein that is free of hormones and antibiotics and made from milk from grass-fed cows. Milk from grass-fed cows is richer in omega-3 fatty acids and contains up to five times more CLA. Micellar Casein also contains LactoSpore®, a friendly bacteria.

The process involved in manufacturing our micellar casein is ultra-filtration which is carried out at low temperatures to capture every precious milk protein in its native form. By using a low temperature, we are able to carefully filter out unwanted fats and sugars without damaging the protein molecules, resulting in an exceptional casein powder.

Our micellar casein does not contain any other types of added proteins, including soy, glycine, or anything that would dilute the product.
